First:
Meet with our Event Managers to select your perfect flavor profile for your special day.
Second:
Our Event Manager will prepare a list of menu options for you to review, based on your choices we will tailor the event to your specifications.
Third: The Chef assigned to your event will call to confirm your choices and go over any questions or dietary concerns or if any meals are gluten free, vegan, vegetarian or other special requirements. If you would like a tasting the Chef will schedule with you.
